A Message from Our CEO

At beOnd, we believe true luxury begins with being seen, heard, and cared for — especially when things don’t go as planned.

​

As a young airline with an ambitious vision, we’ve faced our share of challenges. And in recent months, we’ve fallen short of the service excellence we promise, particularly in how we’ve handled refunds and guest claims following some unexpected disruptions. We acknowledge the delays. We understand your frustration. And for that, I sincerely apologise.

 

Here’s our commitment to you:

  •     Your case is not forgotten.

  •     We are processing cases weekly, with the oldest ones handled first.

  •     Each file is reviewed with care, not just speed.

 

To be fully transparent: out of over 17,000 tickets sold, just over 2% of our guests have open cases. While this affects a small part of our community, each guest matters. That’s why we’ve created this portal and the Open Cases counter below — to give you visibility and to show our progress, week by week.

 

We are enhancing our internal systems, training, and communications to prevent this from happening again. And more importantly, to earn back your trust, not just with words, but with action.

 

Thank you for being so patient and for allowing us the chance to make this right.
